My take on Airsoft in Singapore.

Pathetic. The word to describe the situation here in Singapore for Airsoft. This sport, a game similar to paintball, except the realistic model of the guns available.Trust me,seeing it in action will change your thought of it as a kid's toy.And that's what happened to Singapore a few years back. This so called "replica guns" were sold to children as a toy.And the inevitable has happened.Someone got injured playing it.A kid.(I hope that kid dies.)Government banned it totally,no way to purchase unless with a license from the Singapore Police Force. And the fee is high. The government also gives other reasons, like
"it resembles a real gun and can be used for involvement in a robbery." Shut your gap for a moment. In US,the laws are to place a orange tip on Airsoft guns to distinguish it
from a real firearm.Risk.Everything carries risks. In football, there's a risk of you falling down, breaking your leg.In basketball, there's a risk of the ball knocking out your teeth. In Airsoft there;s a chance of a pellet hitting your butt.See the similarities? I hope you will sign this petition to legalize it.
